CARDS
I still sell cards - those below are just a few designs painted by my son Thomas who is a research scientist in Australia. Painting is his relaxation and an antidote to looking down a microscope. Cards with envelopes are available in 5s for £18.00 including postage. Order a selection of Floral or Bodies designs, either a selection or all the same picture. My own Horsley Hedgerows (wildflower designs), My Africa (photographic inchies) and Christmas (limited edition prints of my own drawings). The latter are only available during November and December. 
WORKSHOPS
I don't timetable classes but just agree dates with everyone individually. These are the current workshops, all a great introduction to wetfelting with a resist (essentially making a 3D item) Loving Lavender - heart shaped sachets for you to add your own scent, whether lavender or something else. And you can make them in any colour you like! A Rose by any other Name - make a small rose-topped trinket pot (as above) Pods and Pots - producing a small bowl or 'pod' big enough to gather random items Gone to Seed - smaller pods with a seed and tendrils to use as a room scent (as in the top picture) Fun with Felt Flowers - two felt flower brooches: another great workshop for those relatively new to felting. Warm Hands - fingerless mitts in 2-3 colours (winter months only) These classes are 3 hours long (often run over) and cost £45.00 including all materials. I also offer a £5.00 discount for your own workshop for each friend bring with you. (ie £10 for two friends, £15 for three, etc) A two-hour workshop making a poppy brooch is also available. I'm sorry, I no longer run Memories Baskets workshops, but still make baskets for you to order. |
MEMORIES BASKETS MADE FOR YOU Baskets can be made specially for you. I call these Memories Baskets because they are made of fabrics that mean something special to you. This is a much better way to 'hoard' them, than a box of old clothes! I can also make baskets in my own fabrics (or a mixture of both yours and mine) to match your colour preferences.
