If you are paying by Paypal, please be aware that the parcel will be posted to the address given on the Paypal account unless you advise me otherwise. Please ensure you let me know if you want it sent elsewhere. Items will be despatched once Paypal has cleared the payment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the Paypal address, which has a different name.
UK mainland orders will be posted within 5 days of receipt of payment by second class mail. If you want your order faster, or registered, sent by special delivery or any other method, please contact me first and agree additional costs before paying.
Postage and packing on all Workshops in a Wallet is included for UK mainland orders. Other items ordered will incur a charge, so please contact me in advance for the relevant cost.
All orders for items to be sent to Europe and the rest of the world will incur charges. Please ask for prices. These will also be posted within 5 days of receipt of payment and will be sent airmail unless you request otherwise. No responsibility is taken for any customs or import costs incurred on the goods ordered, these are to be paid by the customer. The customer is also totally responsible for checking that the products ordered are acceptable and legal for import to the country they’re ordering from.
If you request a custom order this may take a little longer than times stated above.
Late & missing deliveries Items are always sent with a proof of posting receipt. If you do not receive your order within the specified period of time, please advise so this can be investigated. However, although steps are taken to ensure your order is delivered in good time, deliveries can be delayed by the postal service. If you are happy to pay for the additional costs involved, items can be sent by recorded or registered post or you can arrange for your own courier to collect.
If your parcel is missing/lost your order will be replaced subject to the timescale designated by the delivery service used and after investigation. With Royal Mail it is after the 15th day for deliveries within the UK and 24 days for European and USA deliveries. However, this is not possible with one-off items, so a comparable item or refund will be agreed.
Undelivered parcels If your order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, failed attempt for redelivery, or failure to pick up your package from the postal/courier service depot you must bear the cost of re-sending the package to you. Please make sure you give the RIGHT delivery address and/or make every attempt to collect your delivery from the depot in reasonable time. If you are going to be away shortly after ordering, please advise and posting can be delayed.
