Purpose of this policy I am committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what information I hold about you. Your personal information helps me to understand my customers and provide you with relevant information about the work that I do and the information I share with you, both online and at events. The information I gather & how it is used If you have asked to join my mailing list I retain a note of the information you have given to me purely for this purpose – this is usually your name and email address, but may also include your postal address and telephone number if you have supplied it. You may ask me to remove your details from the mailing list at any time except information I am required to retain for legal reasons. I am required by law to keep a record of purchases for accounting purposes and therefore I hold your postal address and telephone number in this regard. I do not keep your contact details if you have merely made a one-off enquiry. Unless required to do so for legal reasons (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies), I will not share your details with any other person or business. What are cookies?
